Our Processes

The placement process is the most important activity at the centre for generating good Word Of Mouth (WOM) publicity for the centre. Each staff member at the centre must be conscious of the importance of placements. This process is not the sole responsibility of the Center Manager / Centre Placement Executive. Every employee at the centre must be in a position to talk about the students, their skills and how distinct our training programs are. It is the responsibility of every centre to negotiate on behalf of their students for good/reasonable salaries for the skills they possess. This ensures that employers do not exploit the students.
